Akustika
Various concert promotion adverts
Akustika are a series of concerts revolving around acoustic music. I was given the brief to design the poster for their fourth edition. The band wanted to show elements from each music instrument to be played at the concert, whilst show that this would indeed be the fourth edition, without calling it Akustika 4. The result was a set of icons in different colours representing each instrument, arranged in a way to create the numeral '4'. A logotype for the concert was also created, where the 'A' was merged with '4'.  
For the fifth edition, I decided to include pictures of all participating musicians in the poster. In this way it had a more personal feel to it, while promoting them even on a personal level.
The numeral '5' had to be created using 8 elements (1 for each musician) of equal size. In the end it was decided to use a box containing each musician. A photo shoot was organised for the creation of the poster, which turned out to be a great opportunity for the participants to hang out in another context rather than a rehearsal.

For the sixth edition of the concerts, a treble clef was created using vector graphics. The numeral 6 was incorporated in the graphic, by 'lighting it up'. The same logotype for Akustika was used as in previous years, having worked well as a brand. 
Three additional posters, in different colours, were created and printed, mainly to be placed next to each other and create a colourful composition to attract a potential audience.
